The existing site  of the university has  37.13 hectares. The existing university buildings include the First Medical Science Building, the Engineering Building, the Management Building, the Second Medical Science Building, student dormitories (the Yunde Building, the Jude Building, and the Mingde Building), the Student Activity Center, and the library. There are nine buildings in total, covering a total construction area of 412,235 square meters. The average land size of each student is 50 square meters, and the average building floor size of each student is 55 square meters.
